2011 Hyundai Verna

2011 Hyundai Verna (aka Accent) was unveiled at Beijing Motor Show.
Sonata looks like a miniature, Verna, and integrated rear-view mirrors with LED turn signal lights sweptback, has a bold grille. Inside, cab high quality materials and has an improved design.

2011 Renault Megane

Here’s a look at the upcoming 2011 Megane CC (Coupe-Cabriolet) that was recently unveiled by Renault. The car will be offered in six different engine options which include three petrol engines (1.6 16V 110hp, TCe 130 (Turbo Control efficiency), 2.0 16V 140hp) and three diesel engines (dCi 110 DPF, dCi 130 DPF, dCi 160 DPF) along with three different transmission options: a six-speed manual, a new continuously variable transmission (CVT) and a new six-speed EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) dual-clutch automatic. 2011 Mazda 6 Wagon

Like the outgoing model, the new 2011 Mazda 6 Wagon is the facelifted version which is roomy and functional. The car has a host of small storage compartments and a large and flexible floor console between the front seats. To this the car adds a new storage compartment near the driver’s seat. The ashtray has been replaced by a box large enough for small items such as cards and the keyless entry and start system’s controller.

For the High and Mid-Power versions, engineers reduced the outlet diameter of the turbocharger’s turbine impeller from 41.5 mm to 36 mm, which reduces turbine inertia by 24 percent and increases torque. As a result, the High-Power version provides substantially improved sixth-gear acceleration from 80 to 120 km/h. The Mid-Power version now has 10 Nm more torque where it is most needed — in the 1,400-1,600 rpm range — for an exciting acceleration feel.

De Tomaso Deauville Sincerely Flattered BMW 5 GT

De Tomaso's return in Geneva makes me ask two questions: 1) Why do companies think cars like this, the recent Lagonda, and Spyker D12 are necessary?, and 2) Who's buying them? According to the Italian company, they've already got a 1,500 unit backlog.

The production ready Deauville concept (previously known by its SLC and later SLS codenames), revives the name De Tomaso placed on its 1970's attempt at a luxury sedan; sadly, instead of an attractive Ghia saloon, this time around the Italian marque decided to emulate BMW's GT and create a Pininfarina-penned crossover.
Inside is a different story; the plush, handcrafted interior is bathed in leather, Alcantara, and carbon fiber, although I'd like to see what Infiniti's silver flake wood might look like in there.
Once known for cars like the Pantera and Mangusta, it appears that all originality and verve have been sucked from the brand in an attempt to go Teutonic with this humpbacked tourer.
The four-door, 4WD Deauville "sport luxury sedan" will reportedly be available with a turbocharged V6 (300 horsepower), a diesel V6 (250 horsepower) or a V8 (550 horsepower), all imported from "Detroit's Powertrain Integration". Expect more info when deliveries start in September.
